Job Description

A Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing initiatives that promote a company's products, services, or brand. This role supports campaign development across multiple channels and works closely with sales, creative, and leadership teams to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
  • Create and manage marketing content (ads, emails, landing pages, blogs, social posts)
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, trends, and competitors
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
  • Assist with event planning, promotions, and product launches
  • Manage marketing databases, CRM tools, and mailing lists

Marketing Specialist Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

  • 15 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with marketing campaigns and content creation

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads)
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing software, or social media management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Project management and organizational skills
