Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist (Adobe InDesign), you will support end-to-end marketing operations through content creation, campaign execution, research, and real estate asset development. Your work ensures brand alignment, high-quality deliverables, and effective communication across digital and print channels.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 2-3+ years of hands-on Adobe InDesign experience, with the ability to create and format professional marketing materials
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills for clear, compelling content and collaboration
- Proven ability to produce marketing deliverables, demonstrating creativity and brand awareness
- Proficient in Excel for data manipulation, charts, and organizing content for marketing use
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Effective working independently and within a remote team environment, showing initiative and accountability
Preferred:
- Commercial real estate marketing experience strongly preferred
- Social media content creation
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
- Google Earth experience
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles
- Previous experience in a fast-paced marketing or digital environment
- Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices
- Listing management (Buildout, Crexi, Costar) - training provided
Your Daily Tasks
- Create standardized marketing content for the tenant representation team, including Placemats, Site Surveys, Site Tours, Portfolio Overview documents, and other deliverables
- Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and plans
- Manage and update the company's website, blog, and social media channels
- Create engaging content including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze e-marketing performance such as listings, social media, and email campaigns
- Coordinate and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms
- Support in creating and executing email marketing campaigns
