Marketing Solutions Operations Support

Our client is looking for a Marketing Solutions Operations Support professional to assist the team in managing seller-related inquiries, operational requests, performance reporting, and troubleshooting. The role will work closely with KAMs and VKAMs to support seller engagement and ensure smooth execution of Marketing Solutions initiatives.

Job Description

• Support KAMs and VKAMs in contacting key sellers for balance top-ups, upselling, and new product information.
• Pull performance reports and seller hitlists to support Marketing Solutions operations.
• Assist KAMs and VKAMs with Marketing Solutions troubleshooting concerns.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of seller-related requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
