Role: Marketing & SEO Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Home / Hybrid

Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas / Makati / Cebu / Davao / Angeles / Mabalacat

Schedule: Morning Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a candidate who can manage both SEO and other business-related responsibilities, ensuring a cohesive and effective digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agency environments, with the ability to handle complex campaigns and ensure smooth transitions during handovers.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy and Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensiveSEO strategiesto drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conductdeep dives into datato analyze where the majority of business is coming from (e.g., organic search, paid ads, etc.).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.

Paid Advertising

  • Oversee and optimizepaid advertising campaigns(e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze the performance of paid ads and adjust strategies as needed.

Handover And Transition Management

  • Manage thehandover processfor campaigns, ensuring a smooth transition when moving responsibilities to another person or team.
  • Collaborate with the current agency to ensure continuity and avoid disruptions during the transition.

Data Analysis And Reporting

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports to track progress and present findings to stakeholders.

Collaboration And Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.
  • Coordinate with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO best practices.

Industry Trends And Best Practices

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies to keep campaigns competitive.

Qualification And Requirements

  • Proven experience inSEO managementanddigital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding ofpaid advertising platforms(e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and their integration with SEO strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conductdeep dives into datato identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Experience managinghandover processesfor campaigns or projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • HubSpot preferred (training can be provided if needed)
  • Pinterest
  • Meta
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience managing bothSEO and other digital marketing functions(e.g., content marketing, social media, email marketing).
  • Knowledge oftechnical SEOand website optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with large-scale campaigns or high-traffic websites.
