Job Summary

The Marketing & Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities within the banking and financial services sector. This role focuses on B2B marketing and consultative sales, building strong enterprise client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of banking solutions, IT services, and enterprise-level sales, with the ability to align technical offerings to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales & Client Acquisition (Banking / Financial Sector)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within banks and financial institutions.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders (e.g., IT Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, Procurement, and Business Owners).
  • Conduct solution-based presentations tailored to client needs (e.g., core banking support, software development, QA/testing, DevOps, cloud services).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to pipeline growth.

Consultative Selling & Solution Positioning

  • Understand client pain points related to digital transformation, regulatory compliance, system modernization, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for non-technical decision-makers.

Marketing Strategy & Execution (B2B Focus)

  • Plan and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns for the banking and financial services market (e.g., LinkedIn, email marketing, industry events).
  • Support brand positioning as a trusted technology and solutions partner.
  • Create or coordinate thought leadership content such as case studies, whitepapers, and success stories.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, client briefings, and industry or networking events.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, deal cycle time, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed about trends in fintech, banking technology, and regulatory developments.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and identify differentiators in the market.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within fintech, IT services, or banking solutions.
  • Proven experience handling enterprise or corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services or banking industry is an advantage.
