Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing & Research Supervisor who can build strong partnerships, manage stakeholder relationships, and support business growth initiatives. Work closely with clients, government agencies, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, timely compliance, and successful execution of business and project-related requirements. Talent in public and product speaking, solving challenges, and representing a company professionally.
Duties & Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, government agencies, and business partners.
- Represent the company during meetings, presentations, and external engagements.
- Address concerns and ensure commitments are properly coordinated and delivered.
Permits & Compliance
- Coordinate permits, accreditations, clearances, and other project-related requirements.
- Liaise with government offices and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Business Development Support
- Help identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor market trends and support initiatives that strengthen the company's presence and reputation.
Team & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of commitments and projects.
- Monitor progress of assigned activities and provide updates to management.
- Guide team members in achieving quality and timely deliverables.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Engineering, or any related field.
Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in External Relations, Client Coordination, Business Development, Government Liaison, or similar roles.
- Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or project-based organizations is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of permits processing and stakeholder management.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
