QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Political Science, Statistics, Psychology, Communications Research, Economics and other related fields
- With at least two (2) years of relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produces high-quality standard and ad-hoc market research reports in a timely manner, including market analysis, competitive assessments, customer satisfaction studies, and resident census reports
- Provides research support to Marketing, Corporate Planning, Sales, and Business Development teams.
- Conducts comprehensive research and data analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Develops actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitates informed decision-making across the organization through clear and data-backed findings.
- Ensures compliance with established research standards, methodologies, and procedures.
- Maintains thorough documentation of research processes and manage research budgets effectively.
