Job Summary

TNE Global Workforce is looking for a proactive, adaptable, and highly organized Marketing & Recruitment Specialist to join our in-house team. This role will support TNE's marketing efforts, lead generation activities, and recruitment of remote professionals.

The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can manage different priorities, communicate confidently with people, and is willing to learn and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing TNE's marketing and promotional activities

- Manage and create content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms

- Conduct lead generation and prospect research

- Build and maintain accurate client and lead databases

- Source potential remote employees through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other platforms

- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews

- Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups

- Communicate with applicants and potential clients professionally

- Maintain and update marketing, sales, and recruitment trackers

- Monitor and report progress on leads, candidates, and marketing activities

- Assist with other business development, recruitment, and administrative tasks as needed

- Handle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Proactive and willing to take initiative

- Comfortable talking to and interviewing people

- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing

- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other online platforms

- Willing to learn new tools and processes

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in marketing, recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage but not required
