Job Description:
Strategic Growth & Initiative Ownership
- Identify key growth levers to rapidly scale Shopee's market penetration and engagement among the 18-24 segment.
- Lead end-to-end 0-1 strategic projects: conduct user research, design program frameworks, define key performance metrics, and deliver executive-level tracking and reporting.
- Apply structured problem-solving to uncover root causes of business bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Campaign Strategy & Product Collaboration
- Work in a blended project-and-campaign capacity, designing tactical marketing campaigns that power growth
- Influence Product Management teams to shape feature roadmaps, ensuring smooth, fast rollouts of tech enhancements that serve youth user habits.
- Run continuous ideation, testing, and optimization loops to refine existing initiatives and maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional & Cultural Leadership
- Align diverse internal stakeholders-including Commercial, Brand, Product, and Operations-to ensure cohesive execution.
- Leverage deep context on Philippine youth pop culture, local trends, and digital behavior to create hyper-relevant engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Strategic Execution: Proven experience managing high-impact strategic projects, strategy consulting, or growth functions within a fast-paced technology company.
- 0-1 Program Management: Demonstrated ability to build initiatives from concept to execution with clear KPI governance and upward visibility.
- Product Savvy: Experience or strong familiarity with Tech Product Management, capable of effectively translating marketing needs into product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional influence skills to align cross-functional teams and product partners without direct authority.
- Cultural Intuition & Mindset: Deep understanding of PH youth culture, highly self-motivated, fast-paced, and relentless in solving complex operational and growth challenges.
