Job Description

About The Role

Run the Marketing operating system so outputs ship on time with minimal errors. Initiate and collate a draft of monthly campaign and activity plans (proposal + presentation format) for MD approval, then coordinate execution across the team via checklists and trackers. Own request intake and triage for branch marketing needs (collaterals, POP, promo comms) and ensure closed-loop implementation proof and archiving.

Key responsibilities

Draft monthly campaign/activity proposal pack (next month) including objectives, audience, mechanics, key messages, required assets (digital + print), timeline, budget estimate, and measurement plan; prepare a short presentation summary for MD approval

Maintain a rolling 4-week calendar; produce the Weekly Comms Pack for batch approval; coordinate dependencies with branches, ops, eComm, and suppliers

Manage mini-project plans for campaigns, TC pushes (as requested), and marketing-led events; run simple milestone check-ins and keep an issues log

Coordinate events (marketing-led): promo calendar, RSVP discipline, documentation plan, afterglow follow-up (unique code + 7-day plan), and post-event closeout checklist

Enforce one-promo policy; verify promo mechanics/prices/dates/branches/terms; verify links/codes/UTMs; maintain Tier A/B/C approval routing; maintain a critical-error prevention checklist

Run a branch request log; clarify requirements; track printing, installation, and proof photos; archive final assets

Consolidate monthly marketing report draft (inputs from team members); maintain trackers (outputs shipped, campaign codes, expense pointers, branch compliance actions)

Build and maintain SOPs/templates (comms pack, briefs, QA checklists, request forms, audit templates); propose and implement at least 1 process improvement per month
