Job Description:
The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for driving alignment and execution across marketing functions to ensure initiatives support the organization's top strategic priorities. This role serves as the connective tissue between teams, helping establish clear priorities, manage interdependencies, and create visibility into progress and outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Develop and manage integrated marketing programs and calendars that align campaigns, launches, and initiatives across teams.
- Prioritization & Planning: Facilitate planning processes to ensure that resources are directed toward the most impactful initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between brand, digital, content, field, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and timing.
- Process Optimization: Design and maintain frameworks for intake, prioritization, and execution of marketing work to improve visibility and accountability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor progress toward key deliverables and outcomes; identify risks and drive corrective action.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on program performance, resource utilization, and alignment to goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 Years experience in Marketing Project Management or similar function.
- Strong grasp on end-to-end marketing processes.
- Experience collaborating with diverse Marketing roles, including Digital Tracking, Campaign Marketing Experts, and analyst
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to translate marketing strategies into executable plans
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
