About this Position The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a key role in turning new Beauty Care ideas into successful market launches. Situated at the heart of the new product launch process, this role ensures that projects led by Europe and Middle East regional marketing teams move forward smoothly, on time, and with the right information in place. You will be part of a collaborative marketing operations environment that values reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Working closely with Marketing and cross-functional partners, this role offers the opportunity to gain deep exposure to international Beauty Care projects while building a strong foundation in project coordination. Success in this position comes from enabling others to deliver—by keeping data accurate, milestones visible, and launches on track.

What You´ll Do

  • Coordinate and support daily marketing operations within the new product launch process for Beauty Care projects led by Europe or Middle East regional marketing teams
  • Execute accurate data input and processing across multiple modules in Henkel's global project management system
  • Act as a project coordination support, including artwork coordination and follow-up on key milestones
  • Ensure timely progress of projects by supporting launch activities and maintaining high-quality data standards
  • Prepare basic reports and project updates to support effective project steering
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new launches

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • With atleast one (1) year of relevant work experience in Project Management, Administration, and Coordination; Preferably obtained from a Marketing-related industry
  • Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication; experience in stakeholder management
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; knowledge in MS Project or similar project management tools is a plus
  • Must have a strong sense of teamwork and influencing skills, High level of proactivity and ownership; has the ability to raise a topic without hesitation
  • Must have a process and detail-oriented personality with a strongly developed sense for prioritization and time management; Analytical and critical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
