  • Analyze customer needs and provide expert advice on vehicle selection, features, and benefits.
  • Conduct vehicle evaluations, trade-ins, and explain financing options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business.
  • Stay current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new Nissan models.
  • Meet sales goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for delivery.
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience or relevant internships in the automotive industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of automotive systems, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in diagnostic tools and software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide consultancy on vehicle maintenance and repair, advise customers on automotive solutions, stay updated with automotive industry trends.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional visits to workshops; flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Passion for the automotive industry, problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
