About the Team

The Production Services team delivers production excellence and is formed by a multicultural team of production experts who provide marketing production solutions. In a nutshell, the Production Services team activates business's efficiencies and quality delivery.

Purpose of the role

As an apprentice, you will be working on some of the world's largest brands, to get an exposure in marketing production processes. These may include but are not limited to general, finance, prind and display procurement, and account administration as part of supporting the production team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings, appointments, and production schedules.
  • As the liaison between the production team, management, support team and external parties (suppliers).
  • Maintain and update production-related documents, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all necessary materials and resources are available.
  • Complete order encoding and uploading to company platforms
  • Provide coordination deployment permits to client and warehouses (client warehouse and trade)
  • Work and communicate with central processing team located outside of your head office
  • Collate sample print proofing and actual size mockup
  • Handle file gathering and transition process from creative to production

Skills, knowledge, experience, and exposure

  • Fresh graduates in printing technology & publishing, business administration, economic management, marketing, advertising, industrial engineering
  • Available for a 6-month apprenticeship contract
  • Highly enthusiastic about BTL (Below the Line) marketing, in-store media, and printing
  • Proficient in data management and administrative tasks for project tracking and monitoring
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Microsoft Office with intermediate in Microsoft Excel background
  • Sales administration background is a plus
  • Depending on the industry, familiarity with production software or tools could be a plus.

Working in a very fast, changing and ambiguous environment, for the apprentice to easily adapt and quickly adapt, we expect:

  • A positive can-do attitude at all times
  • A high level of energy when delivering and the ability to face challenges in a serene and collaborative manner.
  • A curious mind, i.e. wanting to know all about internal operations and processes, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative spirit: use we, not me. If someone is in trouble, you will do your best to support them.
  • A good communication skillset with both internal and external teams

Role requirements

  • You would be required to be present on the assigned client's office on a daily basis.
  • The contracted hours are 9am to 6pm, Mon Fri.
  • Willing to be assigned to any client in different industries.
  • Commit to completing a 6-month full-time apprenticeship contract.
