Job Summary:
The Marketing Procurement Manager is responsible for managing the sourcing, procurement, production, and delivery of marketing materials, POSM, and branded assets for nationwide campaigns and business initiatives. This role ensures all marketing materials are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards through effective vendor management, production planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for POSM, marketing collaterals, and branded materials.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers including printers, fabricators, display vendors, and production partners.
- Conduct RFQ/RFP activities, supplier bidding, price negotiations, and contract coordination.
- Build and maintain a reliable supplier network that supports operational and campaign requirements.
- Identify alternative vendors and sourcing opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Production & Campaign Support
- Oversee production timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials for store rollouts, activations, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate artwork specifications, production schedules, and deployment requirements with Marketing and Creative teams.
- Monitor production progress and resolve delays, quality concerns, or supplier issues proactively.
- Support marketing initiatives through accurate production planning and vendor coordination.
- Assist with DTI permit processing and campaign compliance requirements when necessary.
Budget & Cost Control
- Manage procurement and production budgets for marketing projects and campaigns.
- Analyze supplier quotations and recommend cost-efficient production solutions.
- Monitor campaign-related expenditures and prepare regular budget and procurement reports.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal approval processes and audit standards.
- Support forecasting and campaign cost estimation activities.
Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance
- Ensure all produced materials meet approved artwork, specifications, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate mockups, prototypes, and sample approvals prior to mass production.
- Conduct quality inspections and monitor production consistency before deployment.
- Implement corrective actions for production defects or quality issues.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creatives, Operations, POS, and Logistics teams to support campaign execution.
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery to stores and partner locations.
- Provide recommendations on production lead times, materials, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Address procurement and vendor-related concerns from internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify and implement improvements in procurement workflows and production processes.
- Maintain organized records of supplier contracts, quotations, production history, and procurement documents.
- Support the development of procurement standards and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or production coordination.
- Background in marketing procurement, POSM production, printing, fabrication, or advertising materials is preferred.
- Strong experience in supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFP processes, and contract management.
- Knowledge of print production materials and fabrication processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
