About the Role
We're searching for a senior, hands-on HubSpot operator who loves building efficient systems, solving problems, and helping teams move faster.
You'll partner with our Growth Systems Architect to:
- Streamline marketing and sales operations
- Maintain and optimise HubSpot day-to-day
- Build smart automations and dashboards
- Ensure data, workflows, and reporting all work together to drive scalable growth

What You'll Do
1. Support & Optimise HubSpot Operations
- Manage daily HubSpot activity reports, lists, imports/exports, property updates, and CRM hygiene
- Maintain naming conventions and data integrity
- Triage and complete ad-hoc requests from marketing, sales, and growth teams quickly and accurately
2. Build & Refine Workflows & Automations
- Implement and optimise lifecycle, lead scoring, and handover workflows
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks
- QA and troubleshoot automations and integrations (Zapier, ad platforms, data warehouse)
3. Reporting & Insights Enablement
- Build dashboards that surface key metrics for marketing and sales teams
- Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned with funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead-to-opportunity rates, etc.)
- Partner with the Growth Systems Architect to improve attribution and lead quality
4. Documentation & Enablement
- Create clear internal documentation, playbooks, and Loom walkthroughs
- Help non-technical users understand HubSpot data and tools
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies or data-flow gaps, propose and implement fixes
- Stay current on new HubSpot features and recommend improvements
- Explore emerging technologies (AI tools, HubSpot Agents, advanced automation)
What You'll Bring
- 24+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing + Sales Hubs)
- Proven analytical and reporting skills you can build and troubleshoot workflows and dashboards that tell a story
- Strong understanding of CRM structure, lifecycle stages, and attribution logic
- A process & systems mindset you see inefficiency as a challenge, not a frustration
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail, confidence to operate autonomously, and proactive problem-solving
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Meta Pixel Conversions API, or Zapier
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics - CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline velocity
