Marketing Operations Specialist

The opportunity

Detrack is a fast-growing delivery management SaaS company, trusted by businesses in over 60 countries to power their last-mile logistics. We're Australian-owned, globally focused, and in an exciting growth phase.

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to be the right hand to our Head of Marketing.

This role has two clear halves. First, you'll run our outbound engine, building high-quality, ICP-matched lead lists, executing the nurturing sequences that reach them, and reporting on the ROI they generate.

Second, you'll own our CRM and the marketing operations for all marketing operations, keeping our data clean and accurate, building the emails and workflows that support our activity, and reporting on how it performs.

This is a hands-on execution role with real responsibility. You'll be trusted to build, maintain, and measure the systems that turn strategy into pipeline. A note on dedicated hours: This is a busy role and requires someone who is available during business hours Monday-Friday (local Philippines time). We don't expect you to work overtime, but we do expect your full availability Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please do not apply for this role if you are unable to meet this requirement.

What you'll do

1 Outbound lead generation

  • Build high-quality, ICP-matched lead lists using AI-powered tools like Clay and Apollo, prioritising list quality over raw volume
  • Enrich and verify prospect data so every sequence reaches the right people with accurate details
  • Build and execute outbound email sequences aligned to our ICPs, industries, and geographic markets using tools like Instantly
  • Report on outbound ROI: track list quality, sequence performance, reply and conversion rates, and pipeline generated, and use those numbers to refine targeting and messaging
  • Continuously test and optimise lists, sequences, and outreach to improve return

2 CRM and marketing operations

  • Manage our CRM hygiene end to end - maintain data accuracy, deduplicate and clean records, manage segmentation, and ensure clean lead routing
  • Keep our CRM tidy and up to date as the single source of truth for all marketing activity
  • Build the emails, nurtures, and automated workflows that support all of our marketing, not just outbound: lifecycle campaigns, lead scoring, onboarding, promotional sends, and internal operational triggers
  • Report on marketing performance across the CRM: campaign results, attribution, funnel health, and data quality, surfacing insights that inform decisions

What you bring

Must haves:

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in SaaS
  • Extensive experience across the entire Hubspot platform - CRM, Content, Sales tools, automation and workflows.
  • Experience in using AI to gain insights and scale outputs in a marketing platforms context - i.e. Claude, Apollo, ClayAI or similar
  • Experience using nurturing platforms such as Instantly
  • A fast learner who picks up new tools and systems quickly. We're an AI-first organisation and expect you to embrace new technology, experiment with AI-powered tools, and continuously look for smarter ways to work
  • Genuine curiosity about our customers, product, and industry. You'll need to understand our ICPs and what makes different segments tick
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously once given direction

Highly valued:

  • Familiarity with multi-market global campaigns
  • Experience in logistics, SaaS, or B2B tech industries
  • Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel to build behaviour-based workflows
