Job Description

A successful Marketing Operations Specialist will have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to marketing operations and extended teams. The Marketing Analyst must also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a fast-paced, dynamic and data-driven team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize framework for collecting, managing, and cleaning all relevant data for marketing analysis and performance reports. Ensure data quality, hygiene, perform audits, and fix when appropriate
  • Partner closely with marketing operations and the extended marketing team to ensure data consistency and integrity across sources.
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis of daily marketing campaigns to a holistic set of KPIs and benchmarks
  • Lead the deployment and analysis of A/B tests and targeted experiences focused on improving conversion rate, while evangelizing a test and data-driven culture across the organization
  • Supports marketing campaign execution efforts through marketing automation platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area such as math, statistics, applied science or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of Excel functions and methods for manipulating, aggregating and presenting data in Excel
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce lead/contact/campaign objects and as an integrated CRM platform
  • Ability to think analytically with strong problem solving, technical, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with SQL, R and/or Python
