Marketing Operations Specialist - CT (For Pooling)

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities for multiple stakeholders. The role will help keep requests, materials, workflows, and reporting organized so that work is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming marketing requests, requirements, timelines, and handovers.
• Maintain accurate campaign or project information, trackers, templates, and documentation.
• Work with marketing teams and service partners to support the delivery and approval of marketing materials.
• Check outputs against agreed briefs, brand guidance, and process requirements.
• Prepare routine status updates and reports, highlighting delays, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Follow established processes and contribute suggestions that make work more consistent and efficient.
  
  

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, marketing support, or a shared services environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with trackers, reporting tools, and standard marketing workflows.
• Clear English communication and a service-oriented approach to stakeholders.
• Ability to identify issues early and follow through on resolution.
