We are currently on the lookout for a new Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere!
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Gong, UserGems, and related tools for enrichment, scoring, routing, attribution, and analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate, implement, and manage AI-driven tools and automations that enhance lead management, personalization, content delivery, and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and system hygiene through regular enrichment, deduplication, and lifecycle management practices
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to maintain efficient, automated lead workflows aligned to business rules and go-to-market strategies
- Drive adoption and documentation of tech stack best practices and support onboarding and training for new tools or processes
- Stay current on evolving AI and MarTech trends, bringing forward ideas and recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support and cross-train with Campaign Operations Specialist responsibilities
Qualification And Requirements
- 24 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for marketing/sales (e.g., chatbots, predictive scoring, generative content, auto-tagging, or AI-driven reporting)
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, funnel metrics, and data governance
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, system integrity, and repeatable processes
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Familiarity with campaign tracking and attribution models is a plus
