Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote Philippines)

Monthly Compensation: $2000 - $3500

Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical, strategic role in scaling the company's marketing engine. This individual will own marketing automation systems, streamline end-to-end campaign workflows, and build data-driven processes that elevate customer engagement and strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

This is a remote contract position based in the Philippines, with the potential to convert to full-time employment depending on performance and business needs. Candidates must use their own laptop during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Systems Management

  • Lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of marketing automation platforms and integrations.
  • Oversee campaign workflows, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive seamless migrations between marketing automation platforms while maintaining business continuity.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy standards including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and related regulations.

Campaign Optimization & Lead Management

  • Enhance lead management processes including segmentation, scoring, nurturing, and routing.
  • Develop scalable processes to support both internal enablement communications and large-scale customer campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support events, customer outreach, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Contribute to the transition to a custom CRM-integrated solution.
  • Provide operational support that strengthens alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of Marketing Operations experience.
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot Marketing & Operations Hub including workflows, segmentation, analytics, and optimization.
  • Experience managing martech integrations and software transitions.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in marketing reporting, funnel metrics, and performance insights.
  • Excellent project management capability with the ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability.
  • A naturally curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in email campaign execution including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Solid understanding of email service providers and marketing automation processes.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM reporting and marketing attribution models.
  • Familiarity with JS, SQL, HTML/CSS, or API-based integrations for marketing automation.
  • Experience supporting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.
