Job Summary

Marketing Operations & Events Analyst is responsible for supporting the team's Operations & Events requirements, including monitoring and updating the budget and spend data and report via IMP, supporting vendor accreditation and payment processing, as well as overseeing admin and logistical requirements of the team (shipments, inventory items). The role also involves a lot of coordination, and execution of events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role also ensures operational excellence across marketing initiatives by managing timelines, tools, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

Oversee marketing admin requirements such as logistics, shipment, marketing stocks, manage inventory, etc. Coordinate with other functions such as procurement team, finance, admin, HR, etc. Ensure marketing processes are being efficiently utilized and followed or suggest improvements on current processes. Maintain marketing operations (IMP, payment trackers) and events trackers (calendars, etc) updated. calendars and ensure alignment across stakeholders Support budget tracking, vendor coordination and accreditation, and procurement and payment processes. Track campaign performance and generate reports on KPIs such as leads, budget and spend reports, savings, etc.

Events Management

Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events including webinars, conferences, partner activations, and customer engagements Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, registration, travel, suppliers, and on-site execution. Manage event timelines, run-of-show documents, and stakeholder communications Liaise with vendors (e.g., production, platforms, agencies) to ensure smooth delivery Oversee attendee management, including invitations, registrations, and post-event follow-ups. Track event performance and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with sales, partnerships, product marketing, and external agencies to align objectives and execution Act as a point of coordination for partner-funded initiatives (e.g., MDF programs), ensuring proper utilization and compliance. Proactively identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, event management, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Zoom, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail, especially in execution and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Preferred Qualifications Exposure to B2B or technology marketing environments
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
