Oversees the day-to-day coordination and delivery of cross-functional marketing projects for the integrated resort. This role ensures that marketing initiatives across Casino, Hotels, Mall, and F&B are properly scoped, tracked, and delivered through structured project lists, timelines, dependency mapping, and proactive coordination with all business units and marketing verticals. The position is responsible for risk forecasting, scenario planning, and keeping all project owners aligned and on schedule.
Project & Operations Management
Manage the full project list for campaigns, projects, etc. for the Integrated Resort Marketing across Casino, Hotels, Mall, and F&B.
Build and maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, dependency maps, and status dashboards.
Ensure all tasks are assigned, documented, updated, and completed on time.
Organize cross-department coordination for all marketing initiatives.
Lead regular project check-ins, alignment meetings, and follow-through sessions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Be the central liaison between Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Creatives, and Entertainment Marketing.
Coordinate with Casino Marketing, Mall Marketing, Hotel Marketing, Property Operations, Finance, and Human Resources to consolidate requirements, clarifications, and timelines.
Communicate updates, changes, and dependencies clearly to all project owners.
Ensure all department inputs are consolidated before any rollout.
Quality & Delivery Assurance
Track completeness and accuracy of inputs, briefs, deliverables, and approvals.
Escalate risks, gaps, and blockers early while recommending solutions.
Make sure brand standards and project requirements are followed by all stakeholders.
Validate final outputs and ensure readiness for deployment.
Scenario Planning & Risk Forecasting
Identify potential risks, delays, and operational constraints ahead of time.
Develop contingency timelines and fallback paths for each project.
Anticipate seasonal, operational, or resource-related bottlenecks and plan accordingly.
Provide early visibility to Marketing Leadership on issues that may affect execution.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated documentation: project sheets, meeting minutes, calendars, milestones, and status reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to Marketing Leadership.
Track performance of launches, campaigns, and initiatives from an operations perspective (timeliness, process efficiency, bottlenecks).
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, PMO work, or coordination roles.
Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, mall operations, or entertainment is preferred.
Familiarity with marketing workflows across creatives, digital, communications, and events.
