TRANSFORM by Fitaz customers: Busy women roughly 35–55, often mums, often juggling work and family. They've tried diets and gym memberships that didn't fit their lives. Many are moving through perimenopause and finding that what used to work no longer does. They want something realistic, sustainable and built for a body that's changed — not another punishing program.

About the job

Marketing Operations Manager, reporting to the founder and leading a marketing team of four. Every channel already has a capable owner — content and social, design, ambassadors, lifecycle — but no one above them holding it together.

All four currently report to the founder, so everything routes through him and nothing moves without him. The team doesn't need more hands; it needs a lead. This is a genuine handover of a team, not a coordination role. The four will report to you.

How it starts: the founder will work closely with you up front, getting you deep on the business, the customer and the brand, and the four specialists transition across as that understanding lands. Expect a hands-on first few months, then real autonomy. If that level of autonomy and truly taking over a specialist team appeals, this might be the right move for you.

What success looks like: the founder stays involved in brand, creative and direction, he isn't stepping away, but he's freed from running the day-to-day so he can focus on creation and business development. Within six months or less he should no longer be chasing assets, unblocking launches and fielding four sets of questions.

The core requirement is detail. This role exists because nothing can be allowed to slip. Deadlines, dependencies, asset quality, follow-through — the founder needs to stop holding those in his head. Someone brilliant but loose will not suit this role.

What you'll own
  • Audience: knows this customer well enough to judge whether copy, creative or an offer will land, without testing first
  • The team: sets direction and priorities across Content & Social, Digital Design, Ambassadors and Lifecycle; briefs them properly; holds the brand standard
  • The marketing calendar: one master calendar, campaigns planned backwards from launch with dependencies mapped
  • Campaign project management: concepts into assigned, deadlined work; asset production tracked to completion; launch QA; post-campaign wrap-ups
  • Platforms: Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta/Google briefs, organic social, affiliate, app comms, and the analytics stack (GA4, Triple Whale, Looker Studio, Clarity)
  • AI and efficiency: uses AI to speed up briefing, drafting, research and reporting, and brings it into the team's workflow
  • Reporting: weekly snapshot against plan, monthly channel review, problems flagged early with a recommendation
  • All funnels: every acquisition and conversion funnel across the business transfers to this role, including the current perimenopause build

What you will NOT own

  • Brand direction or business development; those stay permanently with the founder.
  • In-platform media buying
  • Web development.

About You

To succeed in this Marketing Operations role, we expect you to display the following attributes and skills:

Must have

  • 6–10+ years in marketing, genuinely senior — not a coordinator
  • Deep experience marketing to women, ideally health, fitness, wellness or beauty
  • Has owned a multi-channel marketing calendar and shipped campaigns end to end
  • Strong campaign project management — dependencies, deadlines, launch QA
  • Hands-on across Shopify, an ESP (Klaviyo preferred) and Monday.com
  • Reads analytics and draws conclusions without an analyst
  • Has led a marketing team of 4+ — ideally has taken over an existing team
  • Startup, scale-up or small-business background — has personally done the work
  • Demonstrably uses AI day to day
  • Excellent written English
  • Willing and able to flex their working day to overlap with Australian business hours
  • Comfortable leading a distributed team — written-first, asynchronous, documented process. The team is Australian today but will become international

Ideal background includes:

  • Perimenopause, women's health or subscription/membership experience
  • Australian or UK market exposure
  • Klaviyo flow-building, not just campaign sends
  • Experience managing freelancers

Traits that matter

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented. Catches what others miss; nothing falls through
  • Finisher. Closes loops without being chased
  • Comfortable pushing back. Will tell the founder a deadline is unrealistic
  • Low ego, high ownership. Takes the weight off rather than adding to it

Why you'll love working with TRANSFORM by Fitaz

You'll be in a key leadership role within a small, fast-moving, genuinely remote-first team, working across multiple regions and time zones including Australia, Bali and Dubai. And in addition, TRANFORM by Fitaz programs and support resources are market leaders delivering genuine measurable results, not internet hype.
