We're looking for someone who can work across marketing, recruitment, and operations — and help improve how everything works together.
This role supports two growing businesses:
You'll gain exposure across both, working closely with different teams and seeing how marketing connects directly to business results.
This is a collaborative role, not a siloed one.
You'll work closely with:
What Your Role Is Focused On
Your role is to: Support and improve how marketing contributes to recruitment outcomes (applications, engagement, and hiring activity)
What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting and improving marketing campaigns across both brands
• Working with consultants to optimise job adverts and outreach
• Supporting employer branding alongside HR
• Analysing performance (ads, engagement, response rates)
• Improving systems and workflows (CRM, internal processes)
• Supporting reporting, coordination, and cross-team marketing activity
• Helping improve how marketing activity connects to recruitment and hiring outcomes
• Identifying what's working — and what's not — and taking action
This is NOT just a social media or content posting role.
You'll also be involved in campaigns, workflows, reporting, systems, job adverts, and cross-team coordination.
How the Role Develops

Early Stage
• Learn how our recruitment process works
• Support marketing activity and campaigns
• Work closely with consultants and team members
• Build a strong understanding of how marketing supports business and recruitment outcomes
Developing Stage
• Improve advert performance and campaign results
• Support branding and marketing initiatives
• Contribute ideas and improvements across teams
Established Stage
• Drive improvements across marketing and operations
• Connect marketing activity to real business results
• Become a key point of coordination across teams
• Take on increasing ownership and responsibility across projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years experience in marketing, digital, or operations
• Exposure to campaigns, content, or systems
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Comfortable working across multiple areas
• Clear and professional communication
• Someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership as they grow in the role
Preferred (not essential):
• Exposure to recruitment, staffing, or service-based businesses
• Exposure to CRM systems, reporting tools, websites, or campaign platforms
This Role Is Not For You If
• You only want to focus on design or content posting
• You prefer repetitive, clearly defined tasks
• You're not interested in how a business operates
• You're not comfortable collaborating across teams
