Marketing Operations Analyst (Philippines, Remote)

We're looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Marketing Operations Analyst to support our marketing teams with vendor onboarding, PO creation, financial tracking, and documentation management. If you love optimizing processes, working with data, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned, this role is for you.

In this role, you'll work across multiple marketing teams, vendors, and finance stakeholders to streamline vendor onboarding, ensure accurate purchase order creation, support invoice pre-approval, and monitor spend through Looker dashboards. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps marketing initiatives moving efficiently and compliantly.

Compensation & Perks

Salary: Starts at 65,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

What You'll Do

1) Vendor Management & Onboarding

• Manage the full vendor onboarding process, including the collection of NDAs, MSAs, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors.
• Upload and maintain accurate documentation across internal systems.

2) Purchase Orders & Financial Operations

• Consolidate vendor PO requests across marketing teams and create accurate purchase orders.
• Communicate approval updates to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to pre-approve invoices in line with PO and compliance standards.

3) Reporting & Spend Tracking

• Build Looker Explores to monitor spend at the PO level.
• Track overspend, underutilized budgets, and potential discrepancies escalate issues proactively.
• Maintain clear and updated SOPs for all PO, vendor, and reporting workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Experience building and running reports for marketing, operations, or finance teams.
• Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills (complex formulas, multi-tab logic, data cleaning).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Ability to work CEST hours.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms.
• Background in PO or vendor management.
• SQL knowledge (basic to advanced).
