E2E setup and implementation of marketing assets including but not limited to voucher creation, landing pages, PDP features, banners, notifications etc
Manage timelines and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives, ensuring cross-functional clarity
Develop and document standardized marketing processes and workflows
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in marketing operations and propose solutions for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize User Experience flow across in-App marketing funnels, optimizing conversion points.
Liaise with the Regional and Product Team on system capabilities and bugs to maximize quality, impact and efficiency for all campaign efforts
Reporting on campaign progress and making adjustments to ensure their success
Requirements
Bachelor's/College Degree; focus on Business/Marketing preferred
Min. 1-2 years of non-internship work experience in a Marketing role; past experience in FinTech, e-Commerce, Telco, or FMCG preferred
Excellent project management skills with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
