The Marketing Officer will ensure proper implementation of different marketing ideas to provide the family fun experience that makes every day better as well as to make sure all implemented activations will drive foot traffic, vehicle count and mall sales through cost effective campaigns for the handled mall.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events to drive mall promotions and customer engagement.
- Create and implement advertising and digital media plans to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Build and maintain partnerships with tenants, brands, suppliers, and organizations to support marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure proper documentation for continuous improvement and compliance.
- Pursue learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to organizational talent growth.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or any 4-year related course.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Advertising and Promotions, and Events Management;
- Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written
