Marketing Officer

Manages all digital requirements for Cinema. Responsible for writing, editing, and producing original content that clearly conveys a message to the target audience. Will manage all digital platforms for Cinema, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• DIGITAL MANAGEMENT - improves brand's overall digital marketing, messaging, and presence; plans, conceptualizes, implements, and monitors digital marketing strategies
• Digital Media/Media Buying/Paid Ads o Communication Plan
• Content Buckets (Facebook, Twitter, curation on Instagram) o Campaigns - creates and manages contents (content calendars: copywriting & key visuals); liaises with agencies for specific services including but limited to: Content/Key Visual Creation; Media Buys/Paid Ads; Video Production
• Manages Community - Customer Feedback; Customer Complaints o Inquiries
• Covers events (Live Updates on Social Media) - does Email Marketing– including but not limited to: Conceptualization of Content inclusions; online Promotions - conceptualizes and implements online promotions; website and App Administration – manages Content and checks Website and App; Competitor Check - reviews competitors marketing efforts
• BUDGET MANAGEMENT - budget Preparation (Monthly); PO/SAP Management; budget Monitoring
• REPORTS MANAGEMENT - prepares reports on the followings: Social Media Analytics (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram); Google Analytics; Campaign Post Reporting

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 3 years of related work experience
• Graduate of any 4-year degree course preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Management
• Required skills: knowledge in social media and digital marketing; knowledge in brand communication, copywriting, creatives, basic photography, MS Office, Basic photoshop, video editing
• Able to communicate and interact well with people; open to work on select weekends (for event coverages and support)

WORK L OCATION

• Candidates must be willing to be deployed at the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
