Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Marketing Officer (Mortgage).

In this role, you will develop and execute mortgage marketing programs that help drive home loan bookings and support business growth. You will also build strong partnerships with developers and other key partners while creating initiatives that enhance customer engagement and generate new opportunities for the Bank.

What The Role Will Entail

• Develop and execute home loan marketing programs that drive new bookings and support business growth.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with developers, dealers, manufacturers, and other key partners while driving customer acquisition and engagement through targeted marketing programs, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and marketing communications while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and branding standards.
• Analyze market trends, program performance, and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with AML record-keeping requirements, relevant laws and regulations, BSP circulars, and the Bank's Money Laundering Prevention Program (MLPP)
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, product management, or a related role.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing programs, campaigns, partnerships, and events.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, project management, and business development.
• Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and evaluate program performance to support business objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven professional with strong attention to detail, creativity, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
