Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CMO to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional methods, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth.
- Assist in the creation and management of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, marketing budget, providing regular reports and insights to the CMO for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on strategy execution and campaign management is preferred. However, the position is also open to fresh graduate candidates with a degree in the above mentioned fields.
- In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficient in social media and digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation. Experience in maintaining a personal Facebook and Instagram accounts is a must. Experience in managing a business account in Facebook, Instagram and Youtube and content creation apps such as Canva is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management, email marketing, website, and CRM platforms (the like of Mailchimp, Zapier, Monday.com) are preferred.
- Familiarity with business development processes is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Taguig City
