Marketing and Lead Generation

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote collateral-based loan products
• Generate leads through fieldwork, digital platforms, referrals, and partnership activities
• Identify potential client segments and target markets within assigned areas
• Support sales initiatives to increase loan applications and portfolio growth
  
  

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Ensure timely rollout of marketing initiatives in coordination with Sales and Operations teams
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  
  

Client Engagement and Relationship Support

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Provide product information and assist clients with initial inquiries
• Support Sales Officers in client engagement and follow-up activities
  
  

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and competitiveness
  
  

Documentation and Coordination

• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Credit, and Operations to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
• Ensure proper documentation of marketing activities and client interactions
  
  

Compliance and Brand Management

• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company policies, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain consistency in messaging and communication across all marketing channels
• Safeguard the Company's brand image and reputation
  
  

Reporting and Administrative Support

• Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and campaign performance
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and marketing outputs
