Job Description

At The Table Group, our brands are built on memorable dining experiences, meaningful connections, and a passion for hospitality. We're looking for a Brand Officer who will help bring our brands to life through creative marketing initiatives, campaigns, and collaborations that engage our guests and strengthen brand presence.

What You'll Do

Brand Management

  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand and marketing initiatives across all assigned brands.
  • Ensure brand standards and guidelines are consistently implemented across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Work closely with Operations and partner agencies to ensure timely and successful campaign rollouts.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

Content & Communications

  • Coordinate the development of marketing collaterals, digital content, and promotional materials.
  • Work with creative teams and external partners to ensure all content aligns with the brand's identity and objectives.
  • Help maintain consistency in brand messaging across online and offline channels.

Partnerships & Events

  • Assist in organizing brand events, partnerships, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and external partners for marketing requirements.
  • Support store marketing activities and local brand activations.

Marketing Operations

  • Monitor project timelines to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate marketing requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support marketing initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms.
