Reporting directly to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Officer for Content Analysis will deliver data-driven insights and analytical support, focusing on content and campaign performance as well as overall marketing effectiveness.
The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize content and campaign strategies and guide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Works collaboratively with other teams and departments to achieve targets and directives through the following activities, including but not limited to:
Data Collection and Interpretation
- Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation tools, and CRM dashboards) to collect and interpret data.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for comprehensive campaign and content analysis.
- Support the development of data models and dashboards to visualize content performance and key marketing metrics.
Content Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of multichannel content (e.g., website, blog, email, social media, advertising) using various analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports on content and campaign performance metrics (e.g., acquisition, retention, conversion, and reach) and deliver actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- Identify trends and patterns in content consumption and user behavior to recommend content optimization strategies.
Strategic Support and Recommendations
- Provide data-driven insights to marketing teams (e.g., client acquisition, marketing retention) to guide content creation and campaign strategies.
- Support the forecasting of campaign and content performance while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance results.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaign and content analysis with business objectives, sharing insights on content performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for analytics tools, data services, and other data sources.
- Present campaign and content performance plans and results to senior management, clearly communicating outcomes, effectiveness metrics, and actionable recommendations.
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and marketing campaign performance. (Financial services or fintech experience is a plus).
- Skilled in using SQL, Python, and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) to analyze data, find insights, and give clear recommendations.
- Proven track record in interpreting data and translating findings into strategic decisions for content optimization.
- Extensive experience in campaign and content performance analysis using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation tools).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support.
- Experience in projects or initiatives involving OFWs or OFW communities is an advantage but not required.
