Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to support the execution side of our Sales & Marketing department. This role is responsible for producing high-quality creative content, running campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting multiple teams including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Design & Production: Create engaging visual content such as infographics, social media graphics, posters, ads, brand assets, pitch decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral. Produce video materials including promotional, explainer, and training content.
  • Marketing & Campaign Support: Develop visuals and creative assets for lead-generation and industry-focused campaigns, including ad creatives, website content, and email marketing materials.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent application of YAHSHUA's brand identity across all creative outputs, upholding visual standards and mission-driven messaging.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Provide creative support across departments, including onboarding and training materials for Customer Success, communication assets for Operations, and feature rollout visuals for Product.
  • Tools & Workflow: Research, evaluate, and recommend new creative or marketing tools to enhance productivity. Maintain efficient creative workflows for marketing execution.
  • Analytics & Improvement: Review the performance of creative assets in campaigns and continuously enhance designs and materials based on data insights and user behavior.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in design and creative tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, CapCut).
  • Basic skills in video editing and production.
  • Solid understanding of branding, visual communication, and marketing content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and campaign objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B, SaaS, HRIS, or technology-driven industries.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with automation, scheduling, or workflow tools.
