We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Marketing Officer for APD Lending to join our growing team. This role is responsible for achieving key sales and business targets, including Loan Releases, Revenue Growth, Share of Wallet, and Market Penetration. You will also be expected to build and manage strong relationships within your assigned area particularly with Districts and Schools to support the sustainable expansion of our APD portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Performance: Accountable for achieving overall sales targets and business objectives within the assigned Business Center. This includes delivering results in key performance areas such as Loan Releases, Revenue Generation, Share of Wallet, and Market Penetration.
- Territory Management: Effectively oversee and manage assigned Districts and Schools within the coverage area. Ensure strong business relationships, partnership development, and market presence to support sustainable growth and expansion.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust, increase customer retention, and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in APD business, with familiarity in the area to be assigned.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing territories or sectors (preferably in educational institutions or community-based sectors).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and execute improvement strategies
