The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer traffic, and sales across retail channels. This role requires strong experience in digital marketing, mall and in-store marketing, as well as marketing planning and budget management
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Plan and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities across retail channels.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, online campaigns, and content execution.
- Coordinate with mall marketing teams to implement promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead the execution of in-store marketing activities, store openings, and brand activations.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility and customer experience across all store locations.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and merchandising teams to support product launches and promotions.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong experience in digital marketing, mall marketing, and in-store marketing
- Proven background in marketing planning and budget management
- Experience working with shopping malls and retail operations is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
