Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer traffic, and support sales growth across The Bistro Group's restaurant brands. This role oversees brand campaigns, promotions, digital marketing, and partnerships while coordinating closely with operations and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels and restaurant concepts.
- Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Campaign Execution & Promotions
- Plan and execute above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Operations for in-store promotions, menu launches, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, online ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Work with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
- Analyze digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
- Track sales impact and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
Partnerships & PR
- Build and manage partnerships with malls, suppliers, and external partners.
- Support PR initiatives, media placements, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate events, launches, and promotional activities.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and guide the marketing team.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, HR) to align initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market insights.
