Job Description

The Marketing Manager designs, develops, implements, and monitors advertising and marketing strategies/initiatives that increase customer traffic and sales based on comprehensive marketing research and an understanding of the mall's customer base. They use creativity in building interest in consumers by employing marketing techniques through various types of media. These are but not limited to the mall's events and advertising campaigns; implementation of system-wide requirements for promotions, activations, and management activities; and sponsorships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute mall events and campaigns to drive customer engagement, tenant promotion, and increased mall traffic.
  • Implement advertising initiatives across multiple channels, coordinating with creatives, media, and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with tenants, brands, and third-party collaborators to strengthen marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy in marketing policies, processes, and task management.
  • Pursue continuous learning and talent development through training, career initiatives, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of managerial experience in Marketing, Events Management, and Advertising.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, experience in graphic design is an advantage.
