The Marketing Manager (Core Millenials) is responsible to successfully develop, implement and manage strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and programs specifically for the digital segment to contribute to the overall profitability of mall operations and of the entire organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Management - collaborate with Digital Marketing agencies to conceptualize and distribute digital marketing content for the SM Supermalls social media assets: Facebook, Twitter and YouTube; align with Seasonal Campaigns Module Heads to ensure content / communication plans are properly executed
- Reports Management - analyze the reports prepared and submitted; review prepared PO prior approval; safe keep consolidated data, event information, and announcements from the malls; collaborate with malls and tenants for video production; monitor the processing of GPRS for promo winners
- Social Media Assets Management - collaborate with malls to ensure all digital marketing materials are properly deployed on their own social media assets for sales, seasonal campaigns and special events; manage to promote malls / Business Units activities, events, openings, new tenants, etc. by covering events and sharing their announcements through the SM Supermalls social media assets
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- With at least 3-5 years of managerial experience in Digital Marketing / social media management skills (content and distribution)
- Graduate of 4-year degree course: Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management
- Required skills / competencies: proficiency in MS Office Applications, communication skills, digital savvy
WORK LOCATION
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
