TheMarketing Managershall oversee the overall strategy and execution of LOCQ`s global competitive positioning, and shall conceptualize and develop products, features and partnerships that align with the Company's overall vision and branding.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all related competitors, current and upcoming, and shall use knowledge of industry and emerging markets to position own products and services against competitors to satisfy client needs earlier and better than the competition. This includes:Knowledge of main competitors positions in the market (as well as of competitors main products, services and pricing)Understand the Company's customers from a multifunctional and global perspective and apply this knowledge to drive commercial growthDevelop a deep understanding of the Company's business and customer markets and business strategyFormulate and execute strategies to position the Company against changing competitive and develop products, features and partnerships that align with the Company's overall vision and branding. This includes:Identify new business opportunities and partnerships consistent with brand strategyCreate and execute brand strategies aligned with the Company's overall objectives, balancing the needs of the individual brands and prioritizing across the marketing portfolio to achieve overall objectivesDevelop internal brand awareness that reinforces the Company's chosen positioning and promoting an innovative approach to research and development of brands throughout the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related course.
At least 8 years experience in Marketing, managing multiple high-growth brands/products
With exposure to mobility, oil & gas, fintech or high-growth startup companies
Proven execution of integrated Marketing plan with results to back it up
Creative and dynamic with a start-up mindset
Critical thinker with the ability to strategize given the nuances of the market
Ability to properly articulate complex concepts to different stakeholders of the Company
Temporary work from home setup but should be willing to report to the office, if needed.
