ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our trade marketing, advertising, and promotions initiatives from our Taguig headquarters. Drive brand visibility, execute impactful campaigns, and deliver measurable results across all channels nationwide!
QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
✔ 5-7 years of marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in managerial role
✔ Background in construction and engineering industry is a PLUS
✔ Proven track record in trade marketing, advertising, and promotions management
✔ Experience in managing advertising agencies and media placements
✔ Proficient in digital and traditional marketing platforms
✔ Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
✔ Excellent leadership and team management abilities
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Must be willing to be based in Taguig
✔ Willing to travel nationwide as needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Marketing:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for retail partners and dealers
- Create and implement channel-specific marketing programs and activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and key accounts
- Monitor trade marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate in-store promotions, displays, and product launches
- Conduct regular trade visits to assess marketing needs and opportunities
Advertising Management:
- Plan and manage all advertising campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, broadcast)
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and media partners
- Oversee creative development and production of advertising materials
- Manage advertising budget and ensure optimal ROI
- Monitor and evaluate advertising campaign performance
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials and channels
Promotions Management:
- Develop and execute promotional programs and campaigns
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, activations, and road shows
- Create compelling promotional materials and collaterals
- Monitor promotions effectiveness and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with sales team on promotional strategies and execution
- Manage promotional budget and resources efficiently
Team & Operations:
- Lead and manage the marketing team
- Prepare comprehensive marketing reports and presentations
- Manage marketing budget and control expenditures
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines
