Job Title: Marketing Manager (Growth & Pipeline)

About the Role

We are a fast-scaling creative production and CMS web development company. As we optimize our operations and scale toward our next major revenue milestone, we are looking for a data-driven, highly organized Marketing Manager to own our inbound and outbound lead acquisition pipeline.

In this role, you will have direct ownership of our sales calendar. Success is not measured by vanity metrics like impressions, clicks, or likes; it is measured by your ability to predictably generate qualified booked calls and ensure those prospects actually show up to their appointments. You will have full authority over our substantial marketing systems and a highly capable creative crew to support your acquisition strategies.
