Job Description

Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and growth objectives.
Lead and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Drive brand management initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
Manage digital marketing platforms, analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of marketing management experience, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
