- 5-8 years experience in marketing or product management roles
- Background in pharmaceutical, veterinary, or life sciences industries
- Experience or exposure to poultry and swine segments is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans
