About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and result-driven Marketing Manager to bridge APAC Marketing and the Philippines local market. This role will drive brand visibility and sales conversion through a mix of Social, Retail, Events, and E-commerce initiatives.
This position owns local sell-out execution, working closely with distributors, sales teams, and platform partners to translate brand strategies into measurable commercial results, while ensuring consistency with APAC brand direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Social & Influencer Marketing
- Manage local Facebook content and influencer collaborations, including localization of regional content to fit local culture and trends.
- Retail & Channel Marketing
- Support POSM deployment and in-store visibility in key retail channels, and coordinate with distributors on local promotional activities.
- Events
- Support the planning and execution of local offline activities such as roadshows, product demos, and dealer events.
- PR & Media Relations
- Support local PR activities by coordinating basic media outreach and maintaining working relationships with local tech media and reviewers.
- E-commerce Support (Shopee & Lazada)
- Support traffic-driving activities and campaign execution for key e-commerce moments on Shopee and Lazada, working with agencies and platform partners on optimization.
Requirements
- Experience: 510+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Consumer Electronics (3C), PC Components, or Gaming-related products.
- Language: Professional fluency in English (oral and written).
- Local Insight: Strong understanding of the Philippine digital landscape, including Facebook/TikTok and the Shopee/Lazada ecosystem.
- Skills: Good coordination and communication skills, with a basic understanding of event execution and digital advertising metrics.
