Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of branch targets in loan bookings, deposit growth, income generation, past-due reduction, and share investments, while supporting team marketing performance

• Lead and develop a professional, knowledgeable, and results-driven team committed to promoting NRBSL products with integrity

• Ensure excellent client experience through efficient service delivery and high-quality banking support

• Gather and relay client feedback, suggestions, and concerns to management to enhance products and service quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field

• Proven experience in banking, financial services, or loan portfolio management

• Strong background in credit marketing, business development, and portfolio growth

• Demonstrated ability to execute strategic marketing plans

• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

• Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets

• High level of integrity and professionalism
