The Marketing Manager will create and execute data-driven strategies that increase brand visibility and deliver measurable success for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing strategies that align with myINSTANTteam's goals and the unique goals of each client.
- Lead comprehensive marketing initiatives, encompassing traditional advertising, digital marketing, content creation, SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, applying insights to refine both company and client strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and broader business objectives.
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Design and implement content strategies for myINSTANTteam and client brands, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across digital platforms.
- Manage website and UX optimization to drive conversions and improve user experience for both myINSTANTteam and clients.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for strategy optimization.
Brand & Product Marketing
- Uphold brand identity for myINSTANTteam and clients, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products or services, leading efforts in brand positioning and messaging.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, product sheets, and case studies, tailored to the needs of myINSTANTteam and clients.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through partnerships, market expansion, and lead-generation strategies.
- Develop and implement lead-generation tactics to support business development goals for myINSTANTteam and clients.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders, broadening brand reach and growth potential.
Team Leadership & Client Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on creativity and accountability.
- Serve as the primary client contact for marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive results.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, maintaining high-quality delivery for myINSTANTteam and client campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience:5+ years in marketing management, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and business development.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, SEMRush, Zoho).
- Digital Marketing Expertise:Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media best practices.
- Client Management:Proven track record in managing client accounts and aligning strategies with diverse client goals.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical abilities with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and strategy optimization.
- Leadership:Demonstrated experience in team management and development, with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Strategic Vision:Ability to translate business objectives into impactful, data-driven marketing strategies.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
