About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and manage the full marketing function across multiple businesses in the construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.

This is a ground-floor, individual contributor role where you will own strategy and execution from content creation and digital marketing to lead generation and performance reporting. You will work directly with U.S.-based leadership and support multiple business units while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Our client is a U.S.-based, privately held holding company operating several businesses across construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing. The company is owner-operated and currently investing in systems, talent, and processes to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand management and ensure consistency across all companies
  • Manage and optimize company websites (content, SEO, UX)
  • Build and execute SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Own and manage all social media channels, including content creation and reporting
  • Develop marketing content such as website copy, social posts, and case studies
  • Support digital lead generation while maintaining relationship-driven growth
  • Identify partnerships and opportunities to strengthen market presence
  • Manage marketing budgets and track performance/ROI
  • Build reporting dashboards and provide data-driven insights

QualificationsRequired:

  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience (brand, digital, content, social)
  • B2B marketing experience (construction, trades, manufacturing, or similar)
  • Proven ability to work independently and execute without a team
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and paid ads platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting multiple brands or business units
  • Background in local/regional marketing strategies
  • Experience building marketing processes from scratch
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

What Success Looks Like:

  • 90 days: Brand audit completed, social channels active, marketing roadmap in place
  • 6 months: Paid ads and SEO delivering measurable results
  • 12 months: Strong, consistent digital presence with clear ROI tracking.

Work Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Work Setup: Hybrid (TBD)

Work Locations: 18th Floor, UnionBank Square, Eastwood City Cyberpark
