MARKETING MANAGER

Work Setup: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

Location: San Rafael, Bulacan

Schedule: 6 days/week

Products: Smart toilets, luxury bathroom fixtures, sinks, and other high-end home solutions

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives, with a strong focus on boosting both digital presence and showroom sales. The role requires solid retail marketing experience combined with strong digital execution to ensure that campaigns effectively drive foot traffic and conversions.

Non-negotiable Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

  • Social Media Management (content scheduling, performance tracking, community management)
  • Branding (visual identity, brand messaging, maintaining brand consistency)
  • Promotions (seasonal campaigns, tactical and sales-driven promotions)
  • Retail + Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, analytics, content calendars, conversion-focused strategies)
  • Influencer Coordination (identifying, negotiating with, and managing influencers/creators)
  • Campaign Execution & Reporting (running sales campaigns, delivering double-digit growth, ROI/KPI reporting)
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and execute both digital and retail marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media pages, content calendars, and creatives
  • Lead branding initiatives and uphold brand consistency across all channels
  • Handle influencer partnerships and coordinate with content creators
  • Track campaign performance and prepare analytics and ROI reports
  • Drive showroom traffic and support sales conversion strategies
  • Develop promotional activities aligned with seasonal and sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials and execution
